About the Role

As ER Counsel you will provide specialist Industrial Relations and Employee Relations advice and support to managers across the ABC.

Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations the role also includes:

• Representing the ABC at industrial tribunals and courts 
• Managing litigation, briefing external lawyers & barristers where necessary
• Contract drafting and interpretation 

About You

You will have high level communication skills, enjoy negotiations and be a natural influencer.

Your experience includes:

• Industrial relations & employment law including restructures & redundancies.
• Complex grievance and dispute management
• Enterprise bargaining and negotiating with employee representative organisations
