Director, Evidence Translation

 Cancer Australia provides national leadership in cancer control and collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders across sectors to achieve impacts at the health system, health professional, community and consumer levels.

The Director Evidence Translation provides advice and strategic leadership on new and emerging issues in cancer control to the CEO and senior management, and strategic direction on how translation of evidence and research is incorporated into the Agency’s strategic goals and business planning approaches.

 Applications are sought from professionals seeking a highly satisfying career, and who have a demonstrated understanding of evidence translation and evidence-based practice.

A PhD/ postgraduate tertiary qualification in biological sciences or heath related disciplines is essential

Experience and knowledge in cancer research and/or cancer control are highly desirable

Remuneration package: $112,652 to $133,373 plus 15.4% superannuation
