3081 Community Hubs Lead

We have an opportunity for a 3081 Community Hubs Lead to join the Community Partnerships Business Unit on a full-time basis.

 

As the 3081 Community Hubs Lead you will strategically plan, lead and manage the operations of Community Hubs in 3081; and shape the strategic direction of Council’s approach to supporting other facilities the 3081 precinct.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facility and operations of Community Hubs in the 3081 precinct. This includes Shop 48 and the new Bellfield Community Hub.
  • Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to activate the facilities, the 3081 precinct and desired community outcomes.
  • Oversee the customer service and reception of Community Hubs.
  • Manage Community Hub license agreements and the Bellfield Community Hub social enterprise café lease.
  • Prepare reports, budget preparations and lead staff resources.

 

You will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification, and or extensive experience leading facility management.  
  • Experience leading contemporary community development practice.
  • Experience leading and managing staff and resources.
  • Experience developing and managing projects, contracts, events and relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in strategic planning and policy development.
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check.

  • $99,898.26 to $111,452.72 plus super.
