The Position
AHL is currently recruiting suitably qualified and motivated candidates for the position of WHS Advisor – a dynamic and challenging role where you can make a difference. This position requires a skilled individual who is hard working, organised, focused, has resilience, and shows empathy, patience and respect for the people you work with.

You will be responsible for a range of WHS matters and will be influential in the development of WHS initiatives and processes to assist the organisation to continue to improve its safety performance. You will work in a small team and engage with staff in the hostel network to identify and address emerging safety issues and provide health and safety advice. The position is pivotal in providing a healthy and safe working environment for workers and residents of AHL.
