One of Australia's most reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage in multiple experienced Lead User Researchers to join one of their delivery teams. The successful candidate will be offered an initial contract until 30 June 2018 with a view to extend further at a fantastic hourly rate. 

The successful Lead User Researchers will be responsible for, but not limited to;
  • Working in a multidisciplinary team to build world class government digital services
  • Leading and aligning user research activities across a number of user researchers and teams
  • Planning, conducting, and analysing research in a collaborative way within a multidisciplinary team
The successful Lead User Researchers must have experience in the following;
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience in User Research
  • Experience in leading user researchers and/or teams in terms of user research
  • Ability with creating research artefacts that effectively communicate to a wide audience
