One of Australia’s most reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to join a multidisciplinary team working on projects within the department. The successful Project Manager will be offered an initial contract until 30 June 2019 with a view to further extend at an Incredible hourly rate. 

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Delivering input to business case development to support policy implementation
• Writing contracts and Statements of Work within the department
• Developing a detailed schedule that will support the commercial, functional and delivery work streams in evaluating proposals
• Managing and executing of the schedule in accordance with the defined timeframes
• Handling tier-1 industry vendors

The successful Project Manager must have experience in the following;

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multiple parties i.e internal and external
• High Level Experience as a Project Manager in large and complex, enterprise environments
• Proven experience in managing tier-1 industry vendors
• Demonstrated Experience in contracts and the writing of Statements of Work
• Ability to understand the business activities and integrating these into a broader program
