One of Australia’s most high profile Federal Government Departments is looking to engage a diligent and experienced Records Management Officer will be responsible for the delivery of Records Management services to a high standard, and in line with the service delivery parameters.

The successful Records Management officer will be  responsible for, but not limited to;

  • The creation, storing and retrieval of physical and electronic record management services as well as data entry projects.
  • Use of and help desk services for Health TRIM Content Manger 9
  • Preparing documents and file census activities; as well as assisting with the digitisation of physical records

The successful Records Management Officer must have experience in the following;

  • Providing high quality testing services to varied stakeholders and experience as a Java developer in a complex IT environment
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to develop and maintain build and deployment scripts for OPA build components
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude and the ability to learn new systems
