One of Australia’s most innovative Federal Government Agencies is looking to engage an enthusiastic and experienced Delivery Manager to join a vital agile teams that is responsible for deliver high-quality products and services to improve the communities life events. The successful Delivery Manager will be managing relationships and delivery for cross agency, multijurisdictional teams across several life events

The Successful Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following;

• Ensuring the alignment of all streams of work across the program
• Helping prioritise delivery of products, encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement
• Building performance of the team through coaching, mentoring and application of agile tools and techniques
• Interpreting and making judgements that will help steer and focus the team.
• Establish and maintain operational methods, procedures in assigned area of responsibility and reviews them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency

The successful Delivery Manager must have experience in the following;

• A minimum of 12 months experience leading delivery in an agile team
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams to successfully deliver outcomes
• Knowledge and experience in agile work practices as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in coaching a team and ensuring high level of motivation and performance.
• Proven ability to problem solves and remove impediment
