The position:
As the CSIRO Business and Infrastructure Services (CBIS) Property Coordinator you will be closely involved with the day-to-day coordination of multiple services contracts and leases/licenses across CSIRO’s Western Australian sites. This includes ‘hard’ building and engineering repairs and maintenance related services and ‘soft’ facilities management services of cleaning, waste management, security and grounds maintenance.
In particular, you will be responsible for the on-site supervision of contractors ensuring that the service delivery is in accordance with the contract conditions and specifications. You will also administer leases and licenses across CSIRO’s WA sites and deliver budgets, cash flows and the recovery of outgoings. Along with other members of the CBIS Team, you will have responsibility for minor works projects within the region as well as the coordination and delivery of environmental initiatives.
The role will involve out-of-hours and call-out responsibilities covering all sites within WA, and will require the physical ability to access all locations in the Region, including sites in regional areas.

Salary: AU$80k to AU$91k per annum, plus up to 15.4% superannuation
