The Position
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of CSIRO Business and Infrastructure (CBIS) which is responsible for providing support to scientific staff by developing, maintaining and managing, the buildings, laboratories and other research infrastructure across CSIRO owned and leased sites.
You will be responsible for the general day to day facility operations, and the management of maintenance, and repairs for the Werribee and Parkville sites. You will also assist in the development of maintenance and services contracts and developing budgets and cash flows associated with these activities.
To be successful in the role you will be willing to respond to out of hours and call-out responsibilities covering all sites within the designated area and require the ability to be able to access all equipment in these locations.
Your duties will include:
Location: Melbourne (Clayton) VIC
Salary: $82k to $93k plus up to 15.4% superannuation
Tenure: Specified term of 12 months
