HR Project Support Officer - Indigenous Capability Projects

The Position

CSIRO is seeking to appoint a Human Resources officer to support our Indigenous capability projects supporting multiple exciting projects with national impact.

In this role you will work closely with our Indigenous Capability Advisor to provide coordination and delivery support to the Indigenous Capability program of work.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide coordination and delivery support to the Indigenous Capability body of work and Indigenous Capability Advisor.
  • Deliver outcomes towards specific Indigenous capability projects within required timeframes.
  • Coordinate, scheduling of events, travel and sundry activities of the project group in light of stakeholder commitments and project milestones.  

Location:      Negotiable
Salary:          $82K - $93K plus up to 15.4% superannuation
Tenure:         Specified term of 12 months

To be successful you will need:

  • A relevant Certificate, tertiary qualification or professional experience in professional HR function.
  • HR coordination experience demonstrated through a strong record of delivery and relationships with multiple high level stake holders
  • Demonstrated experience of delivery on HR projects evidenced by examples of impactful projects.
