Research Scientist (Fuel Cell & Electrolysis Technologies)

The ‘Energy Technologies Program’ is one of three programs within CSIRO’s Energy business unit, with a vision to provide the technology, analysis and insight that reduces the costs and accelerates reliable transition towards net zero emissions.
We are seeking a Research Scientist to join the Energy Technologies Program to work on a range of applied research projects. Your focus will be electrochemical energy systems for the production of renewable fuels such as hydrogen, ammonia and low emissions energy applications. As a key member of the wider team, you will also have responsibilities in external engagement and project development activities. Part of your focus will also be to develop your own research domain to augment and grow CSIRO’s capabilities in the priority areas.
Location: Melbourne (Clayton), VIC
Salary: AU$102K to AU$111K pa + up to 15.4% superannuation
