The Department of Defence’s Ships Division is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to work on some of Australia’s most complex Defence capability projects, in support of the Australian Government’s National Shipbuilding Program.

The Australian Government is seeking professionals to support the National Ship building program in the fields of:

• Administration Officers - APS Level 4
• Configuration Officers - APS Level 5
• Acquisition Officers – APS Level 5 and 6I
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Managers - APS Level 6
• Project Schedulers - APS Level 6
• Project Managers – Executive Level 1
• Acquisition Managers - Executive Level 1
• Configuration Managers – Executive Level 1
• Engineering Managers – Executive Level 1
• Logistics Manager – Executive Level 2

You will work as part of an Integrated Project Team responsible for the delivery of cutting edge naval capabilities. In addition, you will be supporting the development of a Continuous Naval Shipbuilding Program which will deliver a sovereign shipbuilding capability within Australia.  Positions will be offered on an ongoing (permanent) or non-ongoing (temporary) basis.
