The Naval Technical Bureau (NTB) is a very dynamic engineering section within Naval Engineering Branch which is located in Campbell Park offices, Canberra.  The Naval Technical Bureau (NTB) provides Technical and Engineering Professional Services to the RAN.

The Combat, Cyber and Sensors Domain within NTB is seeking a creative and motivated senior Communications Networks Engineering Manager with experience in Navy Communications Networks to lead an exciting engineering and technical team to support the Navy project and sustainment activities. 

You will work with an integrated workforce within a high security environment and be responsible to plan, manage and provide engineering support to systems and personnel in a variety of RAN surface and sub-surface fleet units. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering requirements and providing engineering, ICT/cyber security and technical seaworthiness advice and recommendations, liaising with the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group and engaging regularly with stakeholders in support of Communications Networks Systems acquisition and support.

You will value working collaboratively, supporting your colleagues to solve problems, achieving objectives and have the personal integrity required to hold a security clearance. You will work with an integrated workforce within a high security environment and be responsible to plan, manage and provide engineering support to systems and personnel deployed in a variety of RAN surface and sub-surface fleet units.
