Army operates as a combined arms fighting system, which requires the integration of capability effects as part of a complex system. Analysing and quantifying the possible impacts of technological and conceptual changes requires the development of flexible and innovative approaches, especially considering the uncertainty of future operating environments and the complexity arising from the dependencies between key capabilities.
