Executive Level 1 - Team Leader, Device Assessor


The Department of Health invites motivated and enthusiastic people to apply for positions in the Prostheses List Administration.

The section manages a high volume of applications and reviews, coordinates focused health technology assessments for prostheses, and works with the Prostheses List Advisory Committee and clinicians on the matters related to the Prostheses List. The section is responsible for preparation and execution of the Prostheses Rules and National Joint Replacement Register Levy Rules, and administering cost-recovery. It also contributes towards research and briefs for the Prostheses List reform activities, and is dealing with a high volume of enquiries.

Qualifications in Health sciences, nursing, biomaterial, bioengineering, or other health technology assessment related disciplines is required.

This non-ongoing opportunity is available for 18 months with extension of up to a total period of 24 months
