The Role

The ABC is embarking on a brand-new leadership program that aligns with its strategic goals and cultural values. The Leadership Development Specialist will help enable the new leadership capabilities and cultural alignment to deliver on strategic priorities. Reporting to the Manager, Leadership & Talent, this role will see you responsible for design, development, facilitation and evaluation of leadership programs and initiatives for current and future leaders at the ABC.

The Job

Based in the Organisational Development team, you will:

• Plan and manage the execution of leadership development programs and initiatives across the ABC to ensure they are scalable, consistent and deliver value.
• Use data and human centred design to inform decision making on program design, overall frameworks, and solutions to ensure it aligns with agreed program outcomes.
• Work closely with external facilitators and stakeholders to deliver desired learning and behaviour change outcomes
• Facilitate a range of learning activities for both face-to-face and virtual modes of delivery to participants across all leadership levels.

About You

You are a passionate OD/L&D professional who enjoys engaging with leaders at all levels and supporting them to be the best leaders they can be.

You'll have: 

• Outstanding ability and experience in the end-to-end development, design, facilitation, execution and evaluation of leadership development programs and solutions in a large organisation.
• Excellent facilitation skills across all leadership levels.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities, meet deadlines and objectives.
• Significant ability to build and manage effective collaborative relationships with colleagues and influence stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.
