Environment Manager - cloud / testing - Federal Government

A prominent Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Environment Manager to join its team. This role is critical for managing test environments to support major projects, working closely with the Cloud Infrastructure team. This contract is initially for 12 months, with a 12-month extension option available.

The successful Environment Manager will be responsible for:

• Establishing and enforcing governance and controls around test environments.
• Advising on and implementing automation build pipelines to support CI/CD processes.
• Managing the configuration and provisioning of cloud-based environments to meet project needs.
• Collaborating with Project and Release Management teams to ensure test environment availability for key milestones.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience with Azure DevOps pipeline management.
• 4-5 years in environment management and stakeholder coordination.
• 2-3 years in cloud environment management and provisioning.
