The Role
The LSA provides business continuity and supports assurance and compliance activities in the delivery of materiel and logistics support to Darwin based fleet units and the establishment.
The candidate will responsible for the management and oversight of up to three APS 3 stores personnel so will need to have well developed interpersonal and performance management skills and a keen interest in obtaining the best outcomes from their workforce.
The candidate will need to be able to work autonomously and be able to maintain accountability for making decisions within their delegated authority.
The candidate will possess well developed analytical and communication skills and be able to undertake moderately complex governance work within an integrated team environment.
Position is the SME for MILIS and provides support and training for unformed supply chain personnel. Position will also take the lead in transition to the ERP SAP environment in 2024.

Will be a self-starter with well-developed analytical and computer literacy skills. Must possess a keen eye for detail and appreciate logistics governance and assurance concepts and its application to materiel management and capability support.
