The Role
Are you really good at Tetris or Sudoku? ADFHQ wants your data analysis and problem solving skills to help us better understand sensitive issues and challenges in Defence using quantitative analysis, qualitative approaches, and evaluation principles.

Join a new team using social science research approaches to improve systems, shape processes, and solve real world problems. Apply your experience using social science statistics, data management, document analysis, and program evaluation in a unique environment.

About our Team
You will join a high-performing and dedicated team of implementation, assurance, lessons, data and legal specialists in the Directorate of Select Strategic Issues Management. The team provides the CDF with an enterprise-wide capability to manage strategic issues, assure response, remediation, reputation and reform. 

Together, the team provides the CDF and VCDF with timely and trusted information to enhance decision-making confidence and assist in reputation and risk management. 

Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a candidate interested in using quantitative and qualitative data to understand recurring issues, improve policies, and shape processes. Experience using excel, statistics packages, or business process mapping software is highly desired.
