The Role
Communications Security Platoon (COMSEC PL) is seeking an enthusiastic, high performing and experienced team member with a keen eye for detail and can do attitude to be a part of our team located in Moorebank NSW.
Working in the Equipment Distribution Authority (EDA), you will be performing an essential role as an APS 5 Logistics Officer who is responsible for a range of logistics and warehousing functions including, but not limited to, inventory management, dispatch, receipt and the destruction of a wide range of secure communications equipment for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and Whole of Australian Government.
Furthermore, there will be opportunity to undertake after hours "on call" duties that carry an added financial benefit.

Located within Joint Logistics Unit East, COMSEC PL offers the opportunity to work with a small, skilled and dedicated team who provide an essential warehousing and logistic capability as a key stakeholder in the ADF and Whole of Australian Government secure communications infrastructure.

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate is someone who is organised, with excellent attention to detail, has experience in the handling of High Assurance Cryptographic Equipment (HACE), Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) and ancillaries and possesses a strong working knowledge and understanding of National COMSEC policy.
