Australia Post is setting up a ‘data lab’ to add AI to its operations. 

Reports say AusPost is moving its enterprise data and intelligence operations into a new lab as part of “a mission to build an AI-enabled Australia Post”.

The agency says the new data lab will be used to “prototype and test new machine learning models, data solutions and find automation and assistance opportunities”.
