About the role

We are currently seeking a Research Projects Manager to lead a small team to deliver research and data driven insights for Screen Australia and the industry. The role will work to extract and manipulate complex data sets from multiple sources with a sharp focus on audience consumption and demand, production levels, diversity and inclusion and employment trends.

About you

• Demonstrated passion for research with 4+years’ experience as a Research Manager ideally within media or similar industry.
• High level analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Experience working with various internal databases, analysing raw data, creating reports and presenting results to various stakeholders.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and experience working with visualisation and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in supervising a small team while working as part of a larger team.
