Automation Tester: SAP SuccessFactor

The Company:

We are collaborating with our Government client who is looking to hire a SucessFactor Automation Tester to join on an initial 6-month contract.

For this role, you will need strong experience in the following:

• Develop and maintain test cases and scripts that ensure comprehensive testing of the requirements utilising approved test tools.
• Ensure traceability of test cases back to requirements.
• Ensure testing activities are performed in accordance with established policies, processes, and procedures.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Uses understanding of the client or stakeholder's organisational context to tailor services and ensure a high-quality response.
• Establishes and maintains test artefacts (Test strategy/plans/TSRs).
• Defining automated test criteria, defining, and developing the organisation and/or project test framework that meets specific criteria.
• Identify and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the automated testing approach, including any tooling, framework, or test case changes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Building and maintaining automation test scripts preferably Selenium (C-Sharp)
• Performing regression, functional and integration testing and generating reports
• Liaising with developers or vendors to clarify expectations and resolve defects.

Desired qualification and experience required:

• 5+ years' experience working as a Tester on software projects on Service Now/SAP Success Factor/CRM platforms.
• Demonstrates strong communication, engagement and influencing skills.
• Essential: Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
