About the Role
Join our team committed to delivering exceptional technology projects that support the ABC’s strategic initiatives.
Our Product and Technology Division is seeking a passionate Delivery Lead to work within the Portfolio & Delivery Services (PDS) team. This role encompasses responsibilities in technical project delivery, people management and fostering technical capability within the practice. Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the role will include:
- Hands on project management including all aspects of project planning, budgetary forecasting, reporting, resourcing, risk, and dependency management; and engagement with stakeholders from concept to handover and completion.
- Ongoing health of teams, ensuring they are set up to deliver end-to-end outcomes, providing coaching and feedback, ensuring resources are planned effectively and are fully utilised.
- Developing strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement across all aspects of delivery, including but not limited to, analysis of customer feedback, facilitation of waterfall/agile ceremonies and artefact production, identification, and mitigation of risks.
- Coaching and empowering delivery teams to instil a proactive, positive, and innovative team culture.
About You
You are highly motivated and have extensive hands-on experience in project management including managing budgets, enhancing processes and defining value using both waterfall and agile practices. You possess experience leading, supporting, and coaching delivery teams, providing an environment where teams can be creative, innovative, bold, and brave. You will also bring:
- High level negotiating and influencing skills with an ability to drive change in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Significant experience in building a culture of continuous learning, providing a safe place to test, learn and iterate.
- High level organisational and problem-solving skills with strategic reasoning and judgement.
