About the business/role/team
You will be part of the Enterprise Change Team, with day-to-day accountabilities to drive the change outcome of a technology remediation project. Supported by a Change Manager you will work closely within the project team to implement the key changes within the impacted IT teams.
About the role
- Change Impact Assessment and Mitigation Strategies: Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential impacts of the changes on various teams and processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate any negative effects and ensure a smooth transition.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project. This includes regular updates, feedback sessions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Training and Support Programs: Design and deliver training sessions and support resources to uplift the capability of all impacted employees. This includes creating user guides, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support.
About you
- Change Management Experience: Proven experience in supporting change initiatives, including helping to develop and carry out change management plans, engaging with stakeholders, and assisting with communication strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in working with different stakeholders, such as senior leaders, IT teams, and end-users. Ability to address concerns and help facilitate collaboration.
- Training and Development: Experience in helping to design and deliver training programs to ensure users understand new systems and processes. This includes creating training materials and assisting with workshops or training sessions.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Able to identify potential issues and help develop solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share information and updates with all stakeholders. Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
