Chief Developer/ Team Lead Developer - Salesforce, Vlocity, MuleSoft

A leading Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Chief Developer/ Team Lead Developer to lead large scale ICT projects. This role involves developing and guiding digital platform standards, performing code reviews, and overseeing integration across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Vlocity platforms. The successful Chief Developer/ Team Lead Developer will be offered a 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option.

The successful Chief Developer/ Team Lead Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead and mentor development teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
• Establish coding standards and oversee governance processes.
• Collaborate with program directors and technical leads to refine technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms.

The successful Chief Developer/ Team Lead Developer will have the following:

• Proven experience as a software developer with leadership in delivering complex projects, building team capability, refining processes, and strong communication skills.
• Expertise in Salesforce Vlocity components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and more.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build tools.
• Successfully implemented 5+ Salesforce-based CRM projects using agile methodology.
