This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams and have excellent office locations.  A great opportunity for an experienced Communications Officer to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.
About the role:

  • Providing advice and subject matter expert support to various key internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure delivery of objectives for each project
  • Drafting clear, concise and effective messaging for various audiences, including creation of talking points and speeches
  • Contributing towards the development and delivery of different communications plans, progressing approvals and coordination of go-live collateral.
  • Identifying and developing internal stakeholder relationships, addressing and resolving any emerging challenges with stakeholders.
  • Supporting team members with administration, technical and procedural tasks.

About you:

  • You will have meticulous attention to detail
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • You will have previous strategic communications experience
  • You will have strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced project environment


  • ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
  • 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday
  • Locations considered Sydney NSW,  Melbourne VIC or Perth WA + hybrid working from home options.
  • $60.26 per hour + Super
