This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams and have excellent office locations.  A great opportunity for an experienced Platform Mobilisation & Standards Coordinator to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.
 
About the role:

  • Support the management of resource, including maintenance of resource trackers, organising interviews, onboarding & welcoming newcomers, ordering equipment, and preparing materials.
  • This includes both assistance with Agency formal onboarding as well as onboarding into the Scheme Digital Platforms branch.
  • Maintain resource trackers
  • Assist in providing tool access to platforms such as Jira, confluence, VDI
  • Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Platforms Digital Schemes branch.
  • Schedule & organise project meetings / workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support forum & meeting logistics, review schedule and actions management and logs management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports, to track progress and support decision-making.
  • Assist in Scheme Digital Platforms branch procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance.
  • Manage Scheme Digital Platforms branch leave calendar.
  • Assist team members, project managers and directors for Ad hoc project administrations tasks.

About you:

  • You will have 3-4 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • You will demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • You will demonstrate experience in hands-on resource management.
  • You will demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
  • You will demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • You will have experience in projects, PMO or business administration.

Benefits:

  • ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
  • 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday
  • Melbourne (Richmond) location
  • $55.24 per hour + Super
