EL1 Assistant Director Program

 

Our client is seeking to engage an EL1 Assistant Director Program

Location:  ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC
Employment:  Start Date to 30th June 2025
Working arrangements: Full time
Eligibility/Security Requirement: Ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance

Role Overview:

  • Can be required to operate as the senior subject matter expert on compliance and regulation.
  • Have a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of program services.
  • Work under the broad direction of senior staff to deliver quality outcomes.

Duties may include some or all the following:

  • analyze and report on compliance and / or fraud information using a range of different sources.
  • provide compliance and/or fraud awareness support to staff to improve the level of customer compliance, as well as the detection and management of customer fraud within the agency.
  • develop and implement compliance and/or fraud plans and policies through delivery of the business activities.
  • identify and report on control weaknesses to inform the development of preventative measures.
  • prepare and review a range of written material including reports and submissions.

Knowledge and understanding required:

  • legislation, policies, procedures, frameworks, and information management requirements relevant to the work area.
  • compliance, fraud management and risk management concepts.
