About the Role:

Join us as the Learning and Development Transformation Lead in this pivotal role reporting to the Program Director Transformation. You will drive organizational change through effective learning initiatives aligned with transformation programs. Your responsibilities include developing and executing learning plans, ensuring staff are informed and equipped to navigate program changes, and overseeing benefits realization frameworks. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will contribute to strategic objectives and ensure alignment with key directions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate organizational and program objectives into clear strategic goals for transformation.
  • Design and implement learning and development plans supporting digital and customer transformation initiatives.
  • Drive benefits realization processes to achieve measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders through facilitation and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster cooperation and support.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strategic thinking ability with a focus on delivering transformational outcomes.
  • Proven experience in customer and digital transformation programs.
  • Expertise in planning and executing learning and development strategies.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is advantageous.
