Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. The ideal candidate will have experience working across a range of digital channels.

You should have paid digital media experience and content or inbound marketing experience with a desire to spend more time taking direct responsibility for digital acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing strategy by managing paid digital marketing investment to ensure it results in the right contribution to new client attraction targets.
  • Own and manage the performance and delivery of paid digital ad channels (social, search, video, display, programmatic, etc.) in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Deliver effective digital marketing campaigns that increase the brand’s online visibility, provide accessible interaction opportunities, and create conversion opportunities for customers at various stages of their hearing journey.
  • Support overall campaign planning and drive day-to-day delivery of campaigns across digital and other media with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Support to ensure that digital content and messaging is on brand, accurately reflecting our value proposition
  • Leveraging digital content across key digital marketing channels (e.g. social media, website, SEO)to increase Hearing Australia’s online visibility and reputation.
  • Build an understand of consumer drivers and know how to leverage these to improve performance of marketing activity
  • Constant performance improvement: analysis results, report, identify key opportunities and deliver on them across targeting, channels and creativeBuild strong and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies)

Knowledge, Skill & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business
  • 3 - 4 years experience in a digital marketing role is ideal but not required
  • Highly knowledgeable across digital marketing channels including:
    website, social media, search, video, display, programmatic, etc.
  • Solid understanding of the marketing mix and the central role marketing has to play in the wider organisation
  • An understanding of SEO and how to use it to drive business results
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to be adaptable
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Prior knowledge/experience in the retail, healthcare or services sector advantageous
  • Curious, forward thinking and a self-motivated team player
