APS6 Reporting and Insights Analyst
APS6 Reporting and Insights Analyst - $60.26/hr + super
Join one of our federal government departments on a 12 month contract with an opportunity to extend.
Some key responsibilities:
- Overseeing data management and generating insights for the Branch.
- Evaluating data collection, quality, and reporting processes within teams.
- Analysing data to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and areas for enhancement.
- Examining intersectionality data and contributing to comprehensive reporting for the organisation.
- Testing insights and collaboratively developing recommendations
- Collaborating with other data and reporting functions to share information, tools, and systems.
- Transforming information into usable data for the Agency’s Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Designing, producing, and distributing accessible reports and information.
To succeed in this position you will have:
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel for collecting, organising, and transforming data into actionable insights, including visualisations to enhance understanding.
- Skilled at engaging with various stakeholders to gather data and develop and maintain reporting materials for senior leadership.
- Meticulous attention to detail in creating reporting documents.
- Experience or the potential to become proficient in utilising a variety of Microsoft Power applications.
