About the Role

As the EL1 Graphic Designer, you will:

• Develop innovative and engaging design solutions aligned with agency values, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality outcomes.
• Create visual narratives to effectively communicate key messages while maintaining strong brand awareness and attention to detail.
• Coordinate the design process, manage stakeholder expectations, and incorporate feedback to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, design tools, and Microsoft Office, including creating shared templates.
• Apply creative problem-solving to design challenges and uphold high standards in design quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Australian Citizenship
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience designing across digital, print, and presentation platforms.
• Design Software Expertise - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software tools.
