About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Civil Engineer looking to build and develop the Defense team for a Tier1 Engineering Consultancy in Australia.

As a Defense Lead, you will be responsible for delivery of Defence projects, building your networks and driving continuous improvement.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing business prospects within the Queensland/Northern Territory
• Overseeing regional business performance
• Driving sustainable long term financial results

Key Criteria:

In order to be successful for the Defense Lead role you will have:

• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in defence projects
• Good communication skills and organisation skills
• Ability to do business development an get work for the team
• Australian Citizen with no prior convictions.
