The Role
We currently have one (1) vacancy at Puckapunyal, Victoria. Merit pools will be created to potentially fill future vacancies in the areas of Puckapunyal, Bandiana and or Hobart.The Warehousing and Distribution team is customer focused and supports, monitors, measures and reports on the delivery of the contracted Warehousing and Distribution services at Joint Logistics Unit (Victoria) (JLU(V)). 

The APS4 Logistics – Warehouse and Distribution Officer will work as part of a team that is responsible for the: 

  • administration of quotations for out of scope work 
  • day to day de-conflicting and prioritisation of workload
  • physical assessment of workload in relation to performance relief requests
  • conduct of warehouse, counts, inspections and audits
  • investigation and responses to customer feedback
  • administration of Warehouse & Distribution contractual meetings
  • clarification and resolution regarding warehouse daily issues
