Organisational Change Managers/Change Leads - Impact Assessments - FED GOVT

A leading Federal Government agency are seeking multiple Organisational Change Managers/Change Leads to join a fast-paced Agile national team based in either Adelaide or Melbourne. You will be responsible for developing a framework that will support the successful adoption of change initiatives across the department. The successful Organisational Change Managers/Change Leads will be offered an initial 6-month contract with a view to further extend at a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Organisational Change Managers/Change Leads will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Developing Change Management plans for projects and change initiatives
- Conducting change impact assessments to understand the potential effects on people, processes and systems
- Ensuring Change Management processes are aligned with organisational goals and business objectives
- Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives
The successful Organisational Change Managers/Change Leads will have experience in the following:
- Strong expertise in Change Management frameworks, methodologies and tools
- Change Management certifications (eg Prosci or ACMP)
- Experience in delivering training and workshops to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills assessing the impact and effectiveness of change initiatives
