About our Team
The Defence Business Integration Program (the Program) was created to ensure the cumulative impacts of programs and projects deliver long term, enterprise-wide transformation. The Program supports the Associate Secretary in his role as Capability Manager to deliver critical business objectives including improving the consistency, efficiency and compliance of core enabling business functions and processes across the enterprise; and, reducing the total cost of ownership of technical platforms supporting Defence’s enabling business capabilities through consolidation and standardisation.

We identify integration, reuse opportunities, and provide advice that supports achievement of strategies. In order to deliver on these objectives, the team requires enterprise architects who can provide business architecture, service design and strategic planning expertise and experience in a data and digital context to deliver critical business objectives.
