This previously sold out Measuring Outcomes Based Approaches in Government Masterclass series is back in 2020, and is your opportunity to learn how to enhance outcomes for citizens by understanding what needs to be achieved, develop indicators that demonstrate progress towards outcomes, engage teams to integrate outcomes into program and policy, and produce strategies to measure progress.
