This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams and have excellent office locations.  A great opportunity for an experienced Project Director and Reporting to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.

About the role:

  • Leading teams managing operational or technical PACE issues.
  • Part of the Senior Leadership team for the project – attending and chairing meetings
  • Managing defect and bug fix cycles, collaborating with stakeholders to agree outcomes for prioritisation.
  • Supporting and leading multiple business areas in the hypercare process.
  • Data analysis to identify themes and issues for prioritisation.
  • Establishing teams and processes, building team culture and support training in use of platforms and hypercare processes.
  • Analysis of agency data
  • Building team capability with accessing, exchanging and managing data from internal sources and enhancing the reporting process.

About you:

  • You will have strong written communication skills.
  • You will have strong project management skills to support release prioritization work.
  • You will have deep understanding of Project Management and ability to use differing project tools.
  • You will have evidenced ability to lead projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • You will have stakeholder engagement experience -internal and external
  • You will have experience in the use of Jira and Confluence.
  • You will have strong leadership, strategic organisation, influence and negotiation skills

Benefits:

  • ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
  • 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday
  • Geelong, Richmond, Newcastle, Surry Hills, Brisbane, and Adelaide locations + hybrid working from home options.
  • $754.20 per day + Super
