Assistant Director, HR Strategy
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting for a PEL 1 Assistant Director, HR Strategy within Corporate Operations Branch.
The Culture and Change Management section has primary responsibility for workforce strategy, planning, reporting and analytics, and change management. The section works in collaboration with business partners to co-design people focused solutions to achieve organisational outcomes.
As the Assistant Director, Human Resources Strategy you'll work with business partners to deliver on our People Plan 2021-25. You will do this by designing, developing and implementing organisational programs, initiatives, plans and strategies to attract, build capability, mobilise and retain talented people.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in impactful strategy development
- Proven ability to provide mentoring and coaching to build strategic workforce capability
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop collaborative peer networks and working relationships
