The successful Customer Engagement Officers / Business Support Officers will be offered a contract up to 12 months at a competitive hourly rate. this is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded Federal Government Agency assisting and supporting Government Australia wide.

The successful Customer Engagement Officers / Business Support Officers must have experience in the following;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a Business Support / Customer Engagement role or similar
• Demonstrated experience managing, supporting, and providing advice to users of a digital service and/or a government procurement service
• High level customer service skills with experience supporting both internal and external customers
• Knowledge in coordinating and managing seller workflow processes
• Proven experience in the assessment of case studies, references and supporting documentation
• Experience managing sensitive, difficult and complex problems relating to customer service
