Digital Project Coordinator - Azure Devops - PPM - Power BI

One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Digital Project Coordinator to work across their multi-disciplinary team. You will report to the Director of Strategic Projects and will be responsible for managing project tasks coordination to pull work and update each task and project. The role can be based from any state as flexible working arrangements are available. The successful Digital Project Coordinator will be offered a 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option.

The successful Digital Project Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Coordinating project activities such as a calendar of work and resource tracking
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation using Azure DevOps
• Assisting with meeting coordination, facilitation and following up on actions to support project and program delivery
• Assisting with reporting of team performance, forward schedule of work and records management  

The successful Digital Project Coordinator will have experience in the following:

• Ability to effectively multi-task with keen attention to detail  
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and performing digital administrative tasks
• Experience with Power BI reporting
• Experience with Azure DevOps (desirable)
