This is a unique opportunity to join an independent statutory body based in Sydney to make a significant leadership contribution to the future of Australia’s infrastructure policy and planning.

Infrastructure Australia (IA) is an independent statutory body with a mandate to plan and prioritise Australia’s nationally significant infrastructure investments and reforms. IA plays a leadership role in outlining a national, long term approach to infrastructure across the transport, water, energy and telecommunications sectors.

Reporting directly to the new CEO, we are seeking two high calibre Executive Directors to play critical leadership roles in the development and implementation of the 15 year Australian Infrastructure Plan and to promote IA as a highly professional, accountable and engaging statutory body in all dealings with government and stakeholder organisations.

To contribute significantly in these roles you will have demonstrated executive experience in the infrastructure markets and the associated policy, planning and project issues affecting Australia’s infrastructure activities. You will possess high level leadership, strategic management and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to lead and manage a range of complex issues concurrently.
