Finance Officer (ACT) (APS4 level)
This role requires knowledge of accounts payable, including travel allowances.  The following duties are part of this role;

• Handling cash transactions
• Administration of corporate credit cards
• Process accounts receivable
• Responding to internal and external queries

Finance Systems administrator (ACT) (APS6)
This role requires specific knowledge of a financial management system.  
Requirements:

• Daily monitoring and maintenance of finance system
• Plan and expand current functions including reporting
• Provide user training manuals
• Participate in training to enhance job knowledge

Assistant Director Systems Administrator (ACT) (EL1 level)
This role requires accounting qualifications.  You will be responsible for Managing the Finance system.

• Daily monitoring and maintenance of Finance system
• Plan and expand current functions including reporting
• Provide user training manuals
• Participate in training to enhance job knowledge
• Management of staff using Finance system
