The Role  

Are you passionate about driving HR initiatives and designing effective organisational structures? Join our People & Culture team at the ABC to lead and contribute to projects that enhance performance and foster a positive workplace culture.

This newly created two-year position offers flexibility, hybrid working and options to work full-time or part-time (3 to 4 days a week).

The Job 

• Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives to support key priorities.
• Define and manage project plans, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic HR advice and consulting to senior managers.

With qualifications in HR Management or a related discipline and/or proven experience in a senior HR role, you'll be able to demonstrate experience leading project and change management initiatives in a large and complex organisational setting, including strong knowledge of organisational design principles and project management methodologies and tools.

You’ll have: 

• Experience in the provision of strategic advice and a strong understanding of HR functions and organisational structures.
• Generalist HR experience in the application of policies, procedures, and enterprise agreements.
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
